摘 要:目的优选三黄解毒乳膏的最佳提取工艺。方法选择乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以总干膏量和盐酸小檗碱提取量作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选三黄解毒乳膏的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍药材量70%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Sanhuang Jiedu cream.Methods The optimum extraction technology for Sanhuang Jiedu cream was investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal test with the total amount of the dry extract and the content of berberine hydrochloride as technology index.The influence factors including the concentration of ethanol,solvent ratio,extraction times,time length of extraction.Results The optimum extraction technology was: the solid-liquid ratio was 110;the concentration of ethanol was 70%;the refluxing extraction was carried out for 3 times(1hours/time).Conclusion The optimum extraction technology for Sanhuang Jiedu cream is stable and feasible.
