孤东油田水平井筛管完井适应性分析

摘　　要：水平井筛管完井因其油气渗流面积大、相对成本低,近几年在孤东采油厂得到了广泛应用。但随着开采时间的延长,陆续出现了防砂失效、套管错断等问题。对于不同类型的油藏,水平井完井方式将对后期的产能建设、举升方式、防砂效果、作业措施、稳油控水等产生重要的影响。该文通过分析不同油藏类型的筛管完井水平井的生产状况及出现问题井的原因,对筛管完井的适应性进行了简要评价,对类似油田的完井方式的选择具有一定的指导意义。Screen completion technology for horizontal well has been widely used in Gudong oil production plant because of large hydrocarbon seepage area and low relative costs. With prolonged production period, the problems like failure of sand control and casting leap were arisen. For different types of reservoir, the completion methods of horizontal well will have important effect on productivity construction, lift method, sand control effect, operation measure, and production maintenance and water - cut control in late period. Based on the analysis of production situation of horizontal well with screen completion and the reason for the wells with some problems in different types of reservoir, a brief evaluation for adaptability of horizontal well is conducted, which is of reference significance for choosing completion method in the similar oilfield.
