摘　　要：通过社会、经济、文化等视角,对长安及开封城市规划的发展与转变进行分析,从城市的布局形式、功能设置、管理方式等方面着手,总结其中的规律,以期探悉我国古代城市发展的历史进程。Through social,economic,cultural angle,the Chang＇an and Kaifeng urban planning development and transition was analyzed.It started from city layout form,function settlement and management form,the rules were generalized so as to explore Chinese ancient city development historical progress.
