摘　　要：根据所接触的工程项目,分析计划统计在经营工作中的重要作用,并结合实践提出了一些关于完善、优化计划统计的方法与建议,以期指导公路工程项目的计划统计工作,使其处于稳定的良性循环。According to the engineering programs,the paper analyzes the important role of the planning statistics in the operation works,and points out some methods and suggestions for improving and optimizing the planning statistics,so as to direct the planning statistics of the road engineering programs,and keep the stable virtuous circle.
