摘　　要：文章对就业能力概念的发展历史和结构进行了较为深入的探讨,提出当代就业能力应该更加强调适应性,而不是固着在具体的技能上。系统介绍了国外伏吉特教授等人基于适应性的就业能力理论研究以及实证的相关结论,并探讨了这种研究视角对我国就业能力研究的启发,以及相关研究的努力方向。Through a probe into the developing history and structure of employability,this paper advances that con- temporary employability should attach much importance to the adaptability rather than to the specific skills. Mean- while, it makes a systematic introduction to Prof. Fugate＇ s theoretical research on the adaptability - based employa- bility and his conclusion of relevant empirical studies, and discusses the enlightenment of this perspective to the studies of the prospective employability in our country and the direction of the related research in future.
