术前留置双腔导尿管囊腔内最佳注水量的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨双腔导尿管行手术前留置导尿时嚢腔内最佳注水量的多少?椒?00例(男336例、女264例)患者按一周5个工作日分成A(5ml)、B(7ml)、C(10ml)、D(15ml)、E(20ml)五组,观察各组留置导尿后的溢尿、尿管脱出和患者舒适度的情况。结果男性患者A组溢尿率和尿管脱出率高,D组和E组无尿管脱出,但溢尿率和中、重度不适感强(与其他组相比P<0.01);女性患者A组、B组溢尿率和尿管脱出率高,E组溢尿率高且中、重度不适感强(与其他组相比P<0.01)。结论男性患者嚢腔内最佳注水量为7～10ml,女性患者嚢腔内最佳注水量为10～15ml。Objective To study the optimal water injection volume of pre-operation detaining double-chamber urethral catheterization cavity.Method 600 patients,consisting of 336 male patients and 264 female patients,during one year＇s observation were divided into five groups by five different water injection volumes of pre-operation detaining double-chamber catheter in five different working day every week from Monday to Friday.The water injection volume was 5 mL in group A,7mL in group B,10mL in group C,15mL in group D and 20mL in group E.The urine outflow,catheter detachment and comfort degree were observed for every group＇s patients after detaining urethral catheterization.Result The ratios of urine outflow are remarkably high for male patients from group A.No catheter detachment from group D and group E was observed,but urine outflow ratio was higher and middle or severe Discomfort was observed compared with other groups（P0.01）.The ratios of urine outflow and catheter detachment are remarkably high for female patients from group A and group B,and higher urine outflow ratio and severe discomfort was observed from group E（P0.01）.Conclusion The optimal cavity water injection volume of double-chamber catheter is 7-10mL for male patients and 10-15mL for female patients.
