“突现”何以可能的动力学机制考察--包含于组织中的无序对组织创新过程的影响

摘　　要：突现是包含于组织中的无序与有序因在平衡点上的碰撞而使两者相互化解并导致组织新质出现的行为、过程、效应、性质和机制。突现之所以发生的动力学因素是包含于组织中的无序对组织中诸成分及其组织整体产生作用并形成正影响的结果。其发生的条件在于:包含于组织中的无序作为一种动力源存在于组织中能够影响并改变组织的原有结构;包含于组织中的无序能够对组织原进程形成影响和冲击而导致原进程中断;包含于组织中的无序能够以无规则的扰动及其传递方式对组织的突现构成作用;包含于组织中的无序既反组织又促进组织的双重性质使组织中的突现不可避免。Emergence is a behavior, process, effect and mechanics in a new organizational actual appearance, which results from the collapse and digestion in the balance of the disorder and order contained in the organization. The mechanic factor of emergence is that the disorder contained in the organization produces a positive affection to the composition and the whole organization. That is based on the following things. Disorder contained in the organization acting as a mechanic source exists in the organization and alters its original structure. Disorder contained in the organization could affect and collapse the original process and results in its parts. Disorder contained in the organization could produce a result to the organizational emergence by an irregular disturbing and its way of transmit. Disorder contained in the organization has both the positive and negative affections to the organization, which makes emergence unavoidable.
