摘　　要：介绍了一种高精度、高抗干扰性、价格低廉、操作简便的超声波气体流量计。通过测量超声波脉冲沿顺、逆流两个方向上声波传播时间不同来测量气体的流速和流量的新技术。本设计使用高精度数字计时电路,计时精度达到皮秒级。This paper＂ describes a high precision and high anti-interference, low price and easy operation of the ultrasonic gas flowmeter. By measuring the ultrasonic pulse along the cis, upstream on the acoustic wave propagation in both directions at different times to measure the gas flow rate and flow of new technologies. The design uses high-precision digital timing circuits and .has picosecond timing accuracy.
