摘　　要：本文分析了国营苗圃发展现状及在持续发展过程中所面临的经营理念陈旧、苗木结构不尽合理和生产方式落后等问题,提出了通过完善生产与经营管理、加大科技含量与新信息的获取、注重人才培养等方式来实现苗圃的可持续发展。This paper analyzes the present situation and the problems of irrational and backward modes development of state-owned nursery in the process of sustainable development and also puts forward to increase the technology content and access to new information , personnel training, etc.By improving production and management so as to achieve the sustainable development of the nursery.
