摘　　要：新中国的体育立法经历了初创与发展、恢复与提高、跃进与创新三个历史演变阶段,期间立法观念不断更新,指导思想时有发展。这种意识形态的变更深刻地影响了我国体育立法的发展进程。准确把握我国体育立法观念更新的发展特点,深入挖掘背后的立法价值取向规律,总结体育立法价值取向冲突的整合原则,将有助于我国体育立法工作的科学与完善。Sport legislation of PRC has experienced three development periods which are beginning ＆ developing, restoration ＆ raise, leaping ＆ creation. During these periods, both sport legislation idea＇ s updating and the guiding thought＇ s developing has made a deeply impact on Chinese sport legislation＇ s development. It would be helpful for sport legislation working to be perfected scientifically, if we knew the development features of sport legislation idea accurately , found the value orientation of sport legislation＇ s discipline carefully, and concluded the integrating rules of sport legislation value orientation＇ conflict.
