摘 要:接地系统的不完善可能会造成分散控制系统(DCS)的多种故障。文章从火电厂DCS的保护接地、屏蔽接地、系统接地和本安接地等方面进行了论述。采用正确的连接方式对控制室内的设备、现场仪表等进行接地连接;采取适当的措施降低接地土壤的电阻率;选择良好的接地材料改造电厂原来的接地系统。实际运行表明:改造DCS接地系统后,原来在运行中出现的控制系统故障基本上没有再发生。Inadequated grounding system may result in DCS control system multiple failures, this article from the thermal power plant distributed control system, protective grounding, shield grounding, system grounding and the safety grounding, etc. are discussed. Using the correct connection of the control room equipment, field instrumentation grounding connections, to take appropriate measures to reduce the ground soil resistivity, choose a good grounding material transformation of the original power station grounding system. From practical experience that: transformation of DCS grounding system, originally appeared in the operation of control system failure is basically no happen again.
