摘 要:采用不完全双列杂交设计试验,对韩国玉米材料选系及自选的分属五大杂种优势类群的骨干系的主要性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明:R501、R505、R509和R536的GCA较高,是组配高产杂交种的理想亲本;由TCA分析结合小区实际产量筛选出高产组合R501×R301、R501×123、R536×R301、R501×R547和R505×R301。同时评价了韩国玉米材料选系的特点及应用前景。In this paper,with incomplete diallel cross design,combining ability of some Korean corn lines and key lines developed at the institute belonging to five heterotic groups were analyzed.The results showed that the GCA of R501,R505,R509 and R536 was higher and they are good parents for development of high-yielding hybrids.TCA analysis combining with actual yield in plots screened out some high yield combinations,eg.R501×R301,R501×123,R536×R301,R501×R547 and R505×R301.Characteristics and prospects of the Korean corn lines were also evaluated.
