多样化期刊评价下化工地方技术类期刊的表现

摘  要:遵循"同类相聚、同级相比"和"连续可比"的原则,依据CJCR(扩刊版)和CAJCCR近两年的期刊评价数据,对照CJCR(扩刊版)的主要计量指标平均值,分析化工地方技术类期刊的优势和弱点,对当下的期刊评价提出看法,为化工技术研究类期刊的走向提出建议:尝试集团化、大规模的出版集团运作方式,增强和提升化工行业科技期刊在国内甚至国际的整体影响力;整合化工行业科技期刊刊号资源,创办化工行业快报类科技期刊,缩减发表时滞,加强科技创新和学术的时效性;建立能反映化学工艺专业特点的"中国化工期刊数据库";组织开展对技术类期刊更科学合理的评价探讨,并建立能反映专业特征的化工技术研究类期刊评价指标。Follow the "same kind together, compared in the same level" and "continuous comparison" principle, according to journal evaluation data in nearly two years in CJCR (expanded edition) and CAJCCR, comparing the average value of the main indexes in CJCR (expanded edition), the advantages and disadvantages of the chemical local technology journals are analyzed. Opinions are given to the current evaluation indexes, and suggestions for the development direction of chemical technology journals are pointed out : operating by collectivization and large - scale publishing mode, the total local and international influence of chemical industry science and technology journals would be strengthened and increased; integrating of the chemical industry journal science issues resources, founding the chemical industry newsletter science Journal, reducing publishing - delay, enhancing technological innovation and academic timeliness; establishing " journal of chinese chemical database " to reflect the professional characteristics of chemical processes ; organization more scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes for the technical journals, and establishing evaluation index of chemical technology journals which reflecting professional characteristics.
