摘　　要：本文在分析三本院校实训教学不足的基础上,提出在二本院校中开展就业导向的IT实训方法。其核心思想是以学生为本,促进就业,探索、开发、构建一个有效的训练体系,加强学生的专业技能训练,培养学生的实践动手能力、沟通表达能力和团队合作精神,增强就业竞争力。Based on the analysis of shortage of experience training program in the independent colleges, employment-oriented IT experience training program in general university is put forward. The key idea of this program is student-centered and employment-promoted. A feasible training system is explored and constructed, which can enhance students＇ professional skill, develop students＇ project practical ability, communication and expression ability and the spirit of team cooperation. Through the training, employment competence of graduates can be improved. The feasible training approach and the effective professional skill training program can provide an example for graduates from general university meeting personnel market requirements.
