摘　　要：本文详细阐述了基于Symbian OS的手机安全防护与软件设计开发，结合目前国内外手机开发的特点，以及目前手机软件应用的具体需求，提出了手机防护、追踪定位功能的模块设计方法。This paper begins with the introduction of the smart mobile phone＇s safety,and the emphasis is put upon the analysis of the solution for GPS Tracing and Location,and also upon the objectives of the design,the techniques of general and detail design of system. The system commixes the safety protection and location technology and using GPS technology in mobile phone development that gives a safety service,which is also the innovation of the paper.
