摘　　要：目的:对阿奇霉素治疗小儿下呼吸道感染疗效进行观察.方法:30例患儿应用阿奇霉素10mg/(kg·d),每日口服1次,连用3天,观察7～10天.结果:治愈率23.3%,总有效率86.7%.结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿下呼吸道感染是安全有效的药物.To observe the clinical effects of azithromycin in treating children of acute lowerrespiratory tract infections. METHODS: Thirty children patients were treated with azithromycin 10mg/(kg · d), po, qd × 3d and observed 7- 10 days.RESULTS:The cure rates were 23. 3% , the total effective rates were 86.7% , CONCLUSION:The azithromycin is an effective and safe drug in the therapy of treating pedi-atric acute lower respiratory tract infections.
