摘　　要：文中主要针对玻璃钢件切削加工性较差的问题,采用带有金刚石磨粒磨头对玻璃柱件进行加工。并利用正交实验技术,确定在满足管件表面加工质量的情况下,提高加工效率的加工工艺参数,得出适合技术要求的高效合理的玻璃钢件磨削加工工艺。According to the problem that the remove of fiberglass is worse than metal material, grinding head with diamond abrasive is used to process the fiberglass column in this paper. And the orthogonal experimental technique is applied to get the fiberglass grinding process which is suitful for specific thchnical requirements under the condition of satisfying the surface quality to enhance the efficiency.
