摘　　要：通过对影响称重板质量的生产因素分析,制定了称重板的生产工艺,选择了合适的下料方法,设计了成形模和组焊工装,改进了焊接工艺,稳定了称重板的生产。The paper analyses the factor of influence the weighing board quality in produce, chooses the appropriate technique to cut steel plate, designs produce technology ,die, welding tool, improves the welding technology, it has high quality in mass produce.
