双齿辊破碎机生产能力的计算与分析

摘　　要：以元宝山1250型双齿辊破碎机为研究对象,对破碎物料机理进行分析,创新地提出了双齿辊破碎机生产能力的简便计算方法,该计算方法的结果与实际生产能力相接近。并将该计算方法与其它生产能力计算方法进行对比和分析,结果表明,该计算方法更准确、更简便、更合理。该生产能力计算公式为双齿辊破碎机的设计及系列开发提供合理、可靠的理论依据,对双齿辊破碎机系列产品具有普遍意义。This paper puts Yuanbaoshan 1250 double tooth-roller crusher as the research object. The broken mechanism of materials was analyzed, and the simple efficiency calculation method was put forward firstly. Efficiency calculation resuhs with this method were similar to the actual production. Compared with other calculation methods, this calculation method is more accurate, simple and more reasonable. This calculation formula provides reasonable, reliable theoretical basis for design and develop/nent series products of double tooth-roller crushers. This formula is of general significance for double tooth-roller crushers.
