摘 要:研究C 22.4 tex转杯纺针织纱的纺纱工艺。分析了C 22.4 tex转杯纺针织纱生产中的要点,通过选用合适的原料,清棉合理配置打手速度,减少纤维损伤,控制短绒和棉结增加;梳棉采用"紧隔距、强分梳"的工艺,提高梳理质量;并条合理牵伸分配;转杯纺工序选用适当直径和凝棉槽角度的纺杯,控制转杯、刺辊速度、选用合适的捻系数及接头时间参数等技术措施,使22.4 tex转杯纱条干均匀,达到使用要求。Spinning processing of C 22.4 tex rotor knitting yarn was studied.Technology key points of C 22.4 tex rotor knitting yarn were analyzed.Raw material was selected rationally,beater speed was set properly in picking to reduce fiber injury,short fiber and neps.In carding process,processing of less gauge stronger carding were adopted to increase carding quality.Draft distribution should be set rationally in drawing process.Proper diameter rotor and condensing groove angle were selected,rotor speed and licker-in speed should be controlled,twist factor and joint time should be selected rationally et al,finally C22.4 tex rotor yarn evenness is better and the quality could reach requirement.
