喷气织机生产弹力竹节织物的技术要点

摘　　要：探讨在ZAX-e型喷气织机上生产弹力竹节织物的生产技术要点。经纱采用竹节纱,纬纱采用弹力竹节纱,认为生产中的难点是经纱易断裂、易产生毛羽、易起球,纬纱易退捻、易断裂等从而导致引纬失效,产生纬向停台以及纬缩疵点。提出要根据织物风格合理选择竹节形态、经纱捻度、纬纱捻度,在织造工序合理设定喷气压力、适当增加上机张力、采用一个主喷嘴等,可使织机效率达到83%左右。Technology key points of producing elastic slub fabric on airjet loom were discussed.Slub yarn was used as warp,elastic slub yarn was used as weft.It is considered that the difficulties in production are weft stop caused by weft failed inserting and weft defects which includes warp breaking,hairiness,pilling,weft de-twisting and breaking et al.It is put forward that slub shape,warp and weft twists should be selected according to fabric style.Loom efficiency could reach about 83% when air pressure of jet nozzle is set rational,loom tension is increased properly and one main jet nozzle is adopted et al.
