摘 要:研究聚丙烯酸酯浆料的共混特性与生物降解性能。以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸及衣康酸作为共聚单体,分别与丙烯酸丁酯进行自由基溶液共聚合制备聚丙烯酸酯浆料。研究了聚丙烯酸酯与淀粉共混比对共混浆膜性能的影响,考察了以上三种亲水性单体单元对聚丙烯酸酯浆料生物降解性的影响以及衣康酸含量对聚丙烯酸酯浆料生物降解性的影响。试验结果表明:聚丙烯酸酯与淀粉共混比对共混浆膜力学性能有明显影响,亲水性单体单元的类型和衣康酸的含量显著影响聚丙烯酸酯浆料的生物降解性,增加衣康酸的含量,衣康酸丙烯酸丁酯共聚物的生物降解性提高。Blending property and biodegradability of polyacrylate size mixture were studied. Acrylic acid,methacrylic acid and itaconic acid were selected as comonomer. The three comonomers were blended with butyl acrylate respectively to made polyacrylate size mixture by radical solution copolymerization. Influences of polyaerylate and starch blending ratio on blended size film property were studied. Effects of three hydrophilic monomers and itaconic acid content on biodegradability of polyacrylate size mixture were studied. The test result shows that blending ratio of polyacrylate anti starch effect size film mechanical property obviously. Biodegradability of polyacrylate size mixture is effeeted obviously by hydrophilic monomer type and itaconie acid content. Biodegradability of itaeonic acid butyl acrylate co:polymeri- zation will be increased when itaeonic acid content is increased.
