摘　　要：探讨低配棉转杯纺弱捻纱的生产工艺。针对低级棉和再用棉短绒多、含杂高等特点,对前纺开松、梳理及牵伸等工艺进行了合理配置,并根据弱捻纱的纺纱特点对转杯纺转杯直径、速度、捻系数、阻捻盘等关键工艺参数进行了优选,采取措施减少管间条干、捻度差异、消除机械波,结果顺利地纺出了36.4 tex转杯纺弱捻纱,满足了使用要求。Production processing of soft twisted rotor yarn with lower grade cotton was discussed. Fore-spinning opening,carding and drawing processing were set rationally according to the characteristics of lower grade cotton and reusing cotton containing many short fiber and impurity. According to spinning characteristics of soft twisted yarn, key pro- cessing parameters were optimized i.e. rotor diameter, speed, twist factor, navel et al. Measures of reducing evenness and twist difference among bobbin yarn, eliminating mechanical wave were adopted ,finally 36.4 rex soft twisted rotor yarn could be spun successfully, the yarn quality could reach use demands.
