摘　　要：探讨细纱胶辊的选型与使用方法。论述了细纱胶辊选型的原则与方法、胶辊表面处理方法及维护管理工作。对不同纺纱品种采用不同类型胶辊进行了纺纱对比试验。指出:应根据胶辊特性及纺纱质量要求进行正确选型,并结合合理的表面处理方法及加强维护管理工作才能使细纱胶辊在稳定产品质量、降低生产成本、提高生产效率方面发挥出更好的作用。Selection of rubber-covered roll and its application method were discussed. Principle and method of selecting spinning rubber-covered roll, surface treatment method of rubber-covered roll and maintenance management were discussed, Spinning contrast test were carried on different yarns by adopting different type rubber-covered roll. It is pointed out that the selection should be done correctly according to rubber-covered roll property and yarn quality, rational surface treatment method and maintenance management should be combined, finally product quality could be stabled, product cost could be reduced and production efficiency could be improved.
