摘 要:探讨细纱机后区附加压力棒的成纱质量与工艺配置。分析了细纱机后区双压力棒的结构与作用,并在不同的后区隔距、钳口隔距、后区牵伸倍数和前胶辊加压条件下对有无压力棒的纺纱质量进行了对比分析,指出:后区加装压力棒可改善成纱条干均匀度,减少粗节、细节、棉结和毛羽;纱线的强力也有所提高。同时也有利于实施重加压、大牵伸工艺,降低生产成本。后区采用压力棒应注意相关工艺参数的合理配置,才能收到较好的效果。Yarn quality and processing setting of spinning frame back zone additional pressure bar were discussed. Structure and function of double pressure bar in spinning frame back zone were analyzed. In conditions of different gauge in back zone,nipper gauge,draft multiple in back zone and front rubber-corered roll pressure,spinning yarn quality were con- trasted and analyzed when pressure bar is on and off. It is pointed out that yarn evenness could be improved ,thick places and thin places,neps and hairiness could be reduced,yarn strength could be increased in a certain degree when installing pressure bar in back zone. Processing of higher pressure & larger draft is more available and production cost could be re- duced. Better effect could be got by setting related processing parameter when adopting pressure bar in back zone.
