摘　　要：探讨浆纱落物的形成、危害与控制措施。分析了浆纱落物产生的原因与危害,分析了浆膜性能与浆纱落物之间的关系,从浆纱工艺与设备的角度,提出了减少浆纱落物的工艺措施。指出:通过合理确定浆料配方、采用高浓低黏工艺、降低浆纱覆盖系数、适当提高压浆力、采用湿分绞技术等措施,可以有效减少浆纱落物,提高浆纱表面浆膜的完整性。Formation, endangerment and control methods of sizing deposit were discussed. Causes and endangerment of sizing deposit were analyzed. Relationship between size fihn property and sizing deposit was discussed. Processing measures of reducing sizing deposit were put forward from sizing processing and equipment. Sizing deposit could be reduced effectively and integrity of size film could be improved through confirming size instruction rationally,adopting high concentration low viscosity processing, reducing sizing covering coefficient, improving squeezing pressure properly and aoolying wet lease technique et al.
