摘  要:探讨利用有限元软件分析细纱机牵伸机构吊胶圈问题的方法。从细纱机牵伸机构上下胶圈摩擦接触状况的特点出发,在用CAD建立细纱机牵伸机构的三维有限元模型的基础上,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对其工作状态进行仿真数值计算和分析,结果表明:ABAQUS有限元分析可以模拟胶圈工作状况,通过受力计算分析找出吊胶圈产生的原因。加大下胶圈张力棒的张力和减小下销与下胶圈之间的摩擦因数可以减小乃至消除吊胶圈现象的产生。Method of using finite element software to analyze bottom apron arching problem in spinning frame draft mechanism was discussed. According to characteristics of top and bottom apron friction contact condition in spinning frame draft mechanism,on the base of using CAD to establish spinning frame draft mechanism 3D finite element model, the working state was simulated by adopting large finite element software ABAQUS. The result shows that apron working situation could be simulated by finite element software ABAQUS. Through stress calculation the causes of bottom apron arching could be found. Through increasing bottom apron tension bar tension and reducing friction coefficient between bottom pin and bottom apron, bottom apron arching phenomenon could be reduced or eliminated.
