摘  要:探讨织造车间大小环境分区空调的应用要点。通过分析织造车间大小环境分区空调的影响因素,并对影响情况进行了模拟、实测和整理。认为小环境送风相对湿度对织造区域相对湿度影响较大,要满足工艺所需要的高回潮率要求,小环境送风相对湿度不能小于85%。为保证送风气流能够很好包容送经打纬区域,送风口的长度应覆盖织机幅宽,宽度取280 mm^350 mm,送风速度取0.6 m/s^0.7 m/s,风口安装高度宜高于布面1.2 m^1.5 m。回风口设在织机提综和打纬区域下方为宜。Key points of applying large and small zone division air-conditioning in loom workshop were discussed. The effect situation were simulated, tested and arranged through analyzing effect factors of large and small zone division air-conditioning in loom workshop. It is considered that relative humidity in loom zone was affected a lot by relative hu- midity of small zone air exhaust. In order to satisfy processing demand of high regain,relative humidity in small zone air exhaust should not less 85%. In order to ensure air exhaust flow covering let-off and beating area, blast outlet length should cover loom width, the width should be in 280 mm- 350 mm, blast speed should be in 0.6 m/s - 0.7 m/s,installation height of blast outlet should be 1.2 m - 1.5 m above loom-state fabric. Return air outlet should be set below loom lifting heddle and beating area.
