摘　　要：探讨异性纤维的控制措施。阐述了异性纤维的来源和控制方法,重点介绍了络筒工序采用电子清纱器对异性纤维进行控制的方法,并对异性纤维纱疵清纱参数进行了优化。指出:运用电子清纱器的清除异性纤维功能,并对异性纤维的清纱参数进行合理设置和优化,不仅能够较好的控制产品中的异性纤维含量,而且还能在一定程度上达到提高生产效率的目的。Measures of control foreign fiber were discussed. Source and control method of foreign fiber were intro- duced. Method of adopting electronic yarn clearer to control foreign fiber in winding process was introduced. Parameter of clearing foreign fiber yarn defect was optimized. It is pointed out that product quality could be controlled and aims of high quality ＆ efficiency could be reached through applying the function of clearing foreign fiber in electronic yarn clearer,setting and optimizing foreign fiber clearing yarn Parameter.Words
