摘  要:探讨PTT含量对棉混纺织物性能的影响。测试了不同PTT含量下高含棉织物的水洗抗皱等级、定伸长和定负荷下的残余伸长率和弹性回复率、撕裂强力、拉伸强力,并与涤棉织物、棉XLA包芯织物的相应性能进行比较。结果发现,采用低于20%的PTT/PET双组分短纤,可有效提高含棉织物弹性伸长和回复性能,且织物残余伸长率较小,织物的撕裂强力和拉伸断裂强力优良,其抗皱等级得到一定程度提高。Effect of PTT content on cotton blended fabric property was discussed. Laundering anti-wrinkle grade, residual elongation and elastic recovery rate under constant elongation & certain load,tearing strength and tensile strength of high-content cotton fabric were tested and compared with T/C fabric and XLA/C core-spun fabric. The results shows that blended fabric with less than 20% PTT/PET bio-component staple have better elastic elongation and recovery performance, low residual elongation, excellent tearing strength and tensile strength, anti-wrinkle grade fabric is increased in certain degree.
