摘　　要：探讨PK系列细纱摇架的技术特性。阐述了PK系列圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架的演变过程,分析了PK 2100系列、PK SE系列摇架的结构特点、使用性能及工艺配置。指出:随着PK系列摇架的更新换代,压力逐步增大,压力分档逐步增多,总牵伸倍数逐步提高,工艺调节范围及对各类纤维的适纺性不断提高,既体现了摇架加压技术的改进与提高,也反映了"重加压"工艺的发展。PK SE系列摇架改进了紧固机构,制造精度高,安装调节方便,适应性强,可进一步改善成纱质量,降低细纱断头率。Technology property of PK series spinning cradle was discussed. Evolution of PK series cylindrical spral spring spinning cradle was introduced. Structure property,use property and processing setting of PK 2100 series and PK SE series cradle were analyzed. It is pointed out as PK series cradle updating, pressure, pressure grade and total draft multiple were increased gradually, processing adjustment range and spinnability to each kinds of fiber were increased continuously. This reflects modification of cradle pressure technology as well as development of higher pressure processing. Fastening device of PK SE series cradle was modified, manufacture precision was increased,installation and adjustment are convenient, adaptability is stronger, finish yarn quality could be improved further and yarn end breakage could be reduced.
