摘　　要：为了顺利纺制出棉PTT混纺针织纱,针对PTT纤维的特性,通过合理配棉,采用棉包预混和棉条混和的两步混和法,优选清梳工序各部速度与隔距,并条、粗纱、细纱工序控制好纺纱张力,络筒工序合理设置电清参数,严格控制温湿度,确保了棉PTT混纺针织纱的顺利生产。To spun cotton PTT blended knitting yarn successfully,according to PTT property, cotton fiber was assorted rationally,cotton bale pre-blending and cotton sliver blending were adopted,each speed and gauge in blowing-carding process were optimized, spinning tension was controlled well in drawing, roving and spinning process. Electronic yarn clearer parameter should be set rationally,temperature ＆ humidity should be controlled strictly, finally cotton PTT blended knitting yarn could be produced successfully.
