摘　　要：探讨国产清梳联生产长绒棉特细号纱的工艺措施。介绍了郑州纺机清梳联系统的工艺特点,通过降低各清棉设备打手速度,优选梳棉工艺隔距与速度,使CJ 5.8 tex品种半成品及成纱质量指标均得到改善。认为:清梳联工艺系统运行稳定,可纺长绒棉产品。Technology measures of producing long-staple cotton superfine yarn on homegrown blowing-carding unit were discussed. Technology property of Zhenzhou blowing-carding unit was introduced,beater speed in each single machine was reduced,carding processing gauge and speed were optimized, finally CJ 5.8 tex yarn and semi-product quality could be improved. It is considered that the blowing-carding unit processing is stable and long-staple product could be produced.
