摘　　要：为了顺利纺制出精梳有机棉改性粘胶混纺纱,针对改性粘胶纤维的特性,采用条混工艺,通过调整并条胶辊处理方法,防止纤维缠绕,合理设置粗纱张力,防止粗纱意外牵伸,优选细纱罗拉隔距、压力棒隔距块及钢丝圈型号,使得精梳有机棉改性粘胶混纺纱得以顺利纺制。To spin combed organic cotton modified viscose blended yarn successfully, according to modified viscose property, sliver blending processing was adopted, treatment of rubber-covered roll in drawing machine was adjusted to prevent fiber winding, roving tension was set rationally to prevent accidental drafting, spinning roller gauge, pressure bar spacer, ring and ring traveler type were optimized, finally combed organic cotton modified viscose blended yarn could be spun successfully.
