摘　　要：为用好高弹性低硬度胶辊,促进棉纱质量的提高,分析阐述了高弹性低硬度胶辊的性能特点、制作方法以及相应的纺纱工艺,并进行了高弹性低硬度胶辊与普通胶辊的纺纱对比试验。指出:充分了解各类高弹性低硬度胶辊的性能特点,严格执行制作工艺标准,确保套制磨砺质量,对纺纱工艺参数进行必要的调整,才能更好地发挥高弹性低硬度胶辊改善成纱质量的作用。To make better use of higher elastic lower hardness rubber-covered roll, increase cotton yarn quality, the property, manufacturer method of rubber-covered roll and relative spinning processing were analyzed. Spinning test was contrasted on higher elastic lower hardness rubber-covered roll and traditional rubber-covered roll. It is pointed out prop- erty of higher elastic lower hardness rubber-covered roll should be researched fully, manufacture processing standard should be implemented strictly, grinding quality should be ensured, spinning processing parameter should be adjusted necessarily, the property of higher elastic lower hardness rubber-covered roll could be used better and yarn quality could be improved.
