摘　　要：探讨一次成形大提花床罩的设计思路及试织中的关键工艺与技术措施。通过设计纹样及合理配置纱线、组织结构,使织物生产与花形形成一体,在浆纱工序采用"中车速,保伸长,中上浆,求渗透,重被覆"的原则,在织造工序合理设置投纬顺序,调整开口时间,并给腈纶毛线上轻浆,使一次成形大提花床罩不仅可以获得较好的视觉外观效果,还可以省工省料、降低成本、提高效率。Design thought and key processing technology measures in weaving jacquard bedspread formed by step were discussed. Through setting pattern design, yarn and fabric weave rationally, fabric production and pattern formation were combined. Processing principle of medium machine speed, keeping elongation, medium sizing, concentrating penetration and covering were adopted in sizing process. Weft inserting order and shed time were set rationally in weaving process. Acrylic yarn was sized slightly,finally jacquard fabric could have better appearance,labor and cost could be reduced, efficiency could be increased.
