摘 要:目的探讨中小学校长心理健康状况与其工作压力的关系,构建工作压力对心理健康影响的回归方程。方法以河北省滦平县195名中小学校长为研究对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和工作压力问卷为研究工具,进行团体施测。结果心理健康与工作压力呈明显正相关;工作压力对心理健康影响的回归方程为:心理健康=0.239×自我身心+0.260×人际关系+0.163×工作负荷-0.168×学生+0.135×社会。结论工作压力越大,心理健康水平越差。工作压力中自我身心、人际关系、工作负荷、学生、社会这5个因素对心理健康有预测作用。Objective To find out the relationship between work stress and mental health among headmasters of primary and middle schools.Methods One hundred and ninety-five headmasters from primary and middle schools in Luanping county,Hebei provice were surveyed with SCL-90 and Scale For Work Stress.Results There was a significant positive correlation between mental health and work stress.The regression equation for the relationship between work stress and mental health was mental health=0.239* self-condition+0.260* interpersonal relationship+0.163*work burden-0.168*student factor+0.135*society factor.Conclusion The psychological health is negatively correlated with work stress and affected by factors including interpersonal relationship,work burden,student,and social environment among headmasters of primary and middle schools.
