摘 要:目的:比较炮制前后延胡索中的脂溶性成分含量及其成分的变化。方法:用索氏提取法提取脂溶性成分,用2%硫酸-甲醇在70℃下甲酯化,用GC-MS联用技术分离鉴定其组成和含量。结果:从延胡索中得到7种脂肪酸,含量为81.685%,含量较高的为反亚油酸(45.881%)和十六酸(12.437%);而从醋制延胡索中也得到7种脂肪酸,含量为59.505%,含量较高的为反亚油酸(22.296%)、二十二酸(10.004%)和(Z)-9-十八烯酸(9.692%)。结论:炮制前后的延胡索中脂溶性成分主要是脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占优势;未炮制和炮制延胡索的脂溶性成分组成存在一定差异,其含量差异较大。Objective:To compare the liposoluble contents and the composition changes of no-processed and processed Rhizoma corydalis. Methods:The liposoluble contents in the two kinds of were extracted by Soxet extraction. The sample of methyl esterification was obtained through plusing 2% sulfuric acid-methanol into saponificative solution to methyl esterification under 70 ℃,and contents and compositions of the sample were determined by GC-MS. Results:There were seven kinds of fatty acid obtained from no-processed Rhizoma corydalis,the content was 81.685%,compounds with higher levels were 9,12-Octadccadienoic acid(45.881%) and Hexadecanoic acid(12.437%). Seven kinds of fatty acid were obstained from processed Rhizoma corydalis,the content was 59.505% ,compounds with higher levels were 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(22.296%),docosanoic acid(10.004%) and(Z)-9-Octadecenoie acid (9.692%). Conclusion:The main liposoluble contents of no-processed and processed Rhizoma corydalis were fatty acids,unsaturated fatty acids were the dominant compound. There were certain difference between liposoluble contents of no-processed Rhizoma corydalis and those of processed Rhizoma corydalis,and the compounds were also difference between them.
