摘  要:目的:研究电针内关对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠海马CA1区微血管内皮细胞P-gp表达的影响,探讨针刺治疗脑缺血的机制。方法:采用大脑中动脉栓塞法(MCAO)复制局灶性脑缺血模型,电针内关、地机,应用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠海马CA1区P-gp的表达。结果:MCAO模型大鼠海马CA1区微血管内皮细胞MDR1表达下降,30d时表达与15d相比明显增多,有显著性差异(P<0.05),表现为时间依赖性升高。针刺内关穴后P-gp的表达显著增多,并且针刺天数不同疗效也不同。结论:针刺对MCAO大鼠海马CA1区P-gp的表达有良性调节作用。Objective:To study effects of electro-acupuncture on the expression of MDRl-encoded P-gp(P-gp) of microvaseular endothelial cells in hippoeampal CA1 region in focal cerebral ischemia rats and to investigate the mechanism of acupuncture on cerebral ischemie diseases. Methods:Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) models were made by blocked middle cerebral artery,then Neiguan and Diji were stimulated by electric acupuncture. The expression of P-gp in cerebral mierovaseular endothelial cells in hippoeampal CA1 region was observed with the method of immunohistoehemistry. Results:After model,the expression of MDR1 of mierovascular endothelial cells were down-regulated. Those were increased at 30th day treated by electric-acupuncture. There was obvious deference with the expression at 15th day(P〈0.05). The expression of P-gp showed time-dependent tendency. The expression of P-gp increased significantly after acupuncture at Neiguan acupiont,and this effect was varying in different days with acupuncture. Conclusion:There were positive regulatory effect of aeupuncture on the expression of P-gp in hippocampal CA I region of MACO rat.
