老年2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变及危险因素的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者下肢动脉病变发生及相关危险因素。方法:对我科内、外病房的老年T2DM40例,正常对照30例进行血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(GhbA1C)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三脂(TG)、尿白蛋白/肌酐(尿A/Cr)比及下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。对比分析两组间下肢动脉病变的检出率,探讨老年T2DM组下肢动脉病变的危险因素。结果:检查结果显示:老年T2DM组下肢动脉病变检击率为86.7﹪,并与收缩压、FBG、2h-PG、GhbA1C、TC、LDL呈正相关关系。结论:老年T2DM组下肢动脉病变检击率较高,必须早期给予综合治疗,以避免或减缓下肢动脉硬化的发生、发展。Objective ：To investigate the lower extremity arterial diseases and related risk factors of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods：40 aged patients with type 2 diabetes meIlitus and 30 normal controls. Their blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycesylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,low - density lipepretein, triglyeride, urinary albumin/creatinine were measured and ultrasonic examination by Doppler＇s method of artery of lower extremity. To compare and analyze detection rate of the lower extremity arterial diseases between two groups,and to investigate the risk factors of lower extremity arterial dis- eases of dderly type 2 diabetes meilitus patients. Results：The detection rate of the lower extremity arterial diseases was g6.7 % in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients group, and had positive correlation with contractive pressure,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol,low - density lipeprotein. Conclusions： The detection rate of the lower extremity arterial diseases was high in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitns patients. Comprehensive treatment must be given early to avoid or retard the occurrence and development of lower limb atherezeleresis.
