摘　　要：总结11例双囊三腔管安全置入的方法,包括控制好置入过程中的几个安全环节:准备环节、操作环节、操作者自我防护环节。通过以上安全环节的防范,均顺利置入,未发生因置入不当所致的并发症及医患纠纷现象。认为把握好双囊三腔管置入过程中的几个安全环节,对顺利、有效地置入三腔双囊管至关重要。The security measures of placing triplelumen tube balloon for 11 patients were summarized, including arranging several key links in placement, such as preparation link,operation link, and self-protection link.All the patients were successfully placed the triplelumen tube balloons.The complications and doctor-patient dispute did not come out.It was considered that managing the above three key security links could make the placement of triplelumen tube balloon successful.
