摘　　要：在探讨Google图书搜索项目名称、目标、内容的基础上,总结了国内关于该项目对图书馆生存与发展、知识产权、文化传播等方面影响的研究成果。依据管理学的观点,Google图书搜索项目具有跨行业战略联盟的性质,给图书馆联盟的发展开辟了新方向。对这类联盟的基本性质、组建动机、风险防范、组织特点等问题进行了探讨。This article introduces the main activities of Google Books,summarizes its impacts on library＇s survival and development,intellectual property,cultural transmission etc.In the management perspective,this program has a cross-industry nature of the strategic alliance,opened a new development direction for the library consortium.We focus on its basic properties,the main formation motivations,the risk preventions,and the alliance characteristics issues.
