摘  要:采用过氧乙酸水相悬浮法合成了环氧化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(ETPI),通过红外光谱(IR)和^1H-核磁共振表征了ETPI的微观结构和环氧度,并考察了环氧化反应的影响因素。结果表明,通过IR谱图可间接求得ETPI的环氧度;在过氧乙酸浓度不大于2.0mol/L、过氧乙酸与TPI双键摩尔比为0.6、温度为27℃、反应时间为0.5~1.0h的条件下可制得环氧度约为10%的ETPI。Epoxidized trans-1, 4-polyisorene (ETPI) was synthesized by water phase suspension method with peracetic acid. The mierostructure and epoxy content of ETPI were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ^1H-nuclear magnetic resonance, and the influence factors of epoxidation reaction were investigated. The results showed that the epoxy content was indirectly obtained by IR. Epoxy content of ETPI was about 10% when peracetic acid was less than 2.0 mol/L, mole ratio of peracetic acid/TPI( C=C) was 0.6, temperature was 27 ℃ and reaction time was 0.5 - 1.0 h.
