摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备了丁腈橡胶(NBR)/尼龙(PA)12热塑性弹性体(TPE),通过Haake密炼机确定了动态硫化时间,表征了TPE的相态结构,考察了NBR/PA12(质量比)、增塑剂种类对TPE性能的影响。并对TPE进行了热分析。结果表明,适宜的动态硫化时间为L0min;TPE具有以PA12为连续相、NBR为分散相的两相结构;随着PA12用量的增加,TPE的拉伸强度和耐油性能有很大的提高,但邵尔A硬度和压缩永久变形也增大,扯断伸长率先减小后又增大,适宜的NBR/PA12为70/30~60/40;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、液体丁腈橡胶、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3种增塑剂的加入均可降低TPE的邵尔A硬度,提高扯断伸长率,但对耐油性能的影响不大;TPE的熔点高于PA12,熔融焓低于PA12。The nitrile rubber(NBR)/nylon 12 ( PA 12) thermoplastic elastomers ( TPE ) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The curing time was determined by Haake internal mixer, and the morpho- logical structure was characterized. The effects of NBR/PA 12 (mass ratio) and plasticizer types on the properties of TPE were investigated, and the TPE was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that the TPE behaved as two-phase structure with PA 12 as continuous phase and NBR as dispersed phase. With increasing the PA 12 amount, the tensile strength and oil resistance increased obviously, and the Shore A hardness and compression set increased as well, elongation at break initially decreased and then increased, and the appropriate mass ratio of NBR/PA 12 was 70/ 30- 60/40. The Shore A hardness decreased and elongation at break increased with the addition of dioctyl phthalate, liquid nitrile rubber and polypropylene adipate plasticzers, but the oil resistance was not affected . The melting point of TPE was higher than that of PA 12, and the melting enthalpy was lower than that of PA 12.
