重型床身导轨磨削波纹及对策的探讨

摘　　要：从导轨磨床自身可能产生系统振动的结构入手,通过对砂轮、磨头、驱动系统的剖析以及规范操作。探讨消除床身磨削波纹方法。This paper is starting with the structure of vibration which caused by its own system on the rail grinding machine. Through the analyzing for grinding wheel,grinding head,drive system and standardize operations,the methods to remove the corrugation in the grinding for bed is discussed.
