摘　　要：通过介绍数控剪切中心的功能、自动控制总体设计原则,系统组成及特点,给出了数控剪切中心的总线拓扑框图及系统流程图。最终解决了我国汽车制造行业,超宽板料下料的技术及工艺难题。In this paper,the function of the CNC cutting center,the overall design principle of automatic control,system configuration and it′s features are all introduced. Then,the CNC cutting center′s bus topology diagram and systematic flow chart are provided. At last,the technology and its process problems of super wide sheet metal′s blanking are resolved for our car industry.
