量身定制女裤模块化生产流水线的构建

摘　　要：通过分析量身定制女裤产品的结构特点,分别对产品的稳定和变化模块建立了工艺加工信息,以节拍为依据组建快速反应生产流水线系统。通过实例测试比较,模块化流水线改善了因量身定制女裤款式频繁变换造成的流水线断流现象,提高了生产效率。Based on the analyses of the product structure features of made - to - measure woman＇s pants, processing informations are designed aiming at stabilizing and varying product segments. Based on SPT analysis, a quick response processing flow system is obtained. Through test and comparison of practical examples, this modular processing flow system improved the process effieiency, and the flow blocks caused by frequent changes of made - to - measure woman＇s pants are solved.
