摘 要:针对原有整体中空夹层复合材料的面板薄而引起的抗冲击性能差的问题,从结构改进入手,设计了上面板是2.5D角联接结的多层结构、下面板是平纹结构、中间是8字型结构的整体中空夹层复合材料。该结构以E-玻璃纤维为原料,在JD008型剑杆小样织机上织成预制件,然后采用真空辅助成型工艺对预制件进行复合。这种结构的整体中空夹层复合材料比原有的面板厚度增加,且绒经的高度不变,使材料的抗冲击性能得到改善。The impact resistance of the traditional hollow integrated sandwich composites is poor due to its thin panels. In this paper, a new constructured honow integrated sandwich composites with a multi - lay structure of 2.5D on the top panel, a plain weave structure on the bottom and a "8" construction in the middle is designed to improve their impact resistance. E - glass fiber is used to weave the precomposites on JD008 rapier sample loom and the final composites are fabricated by using a vacuura assisted resin infusion molding (VARIM) process. The thickness of the top panel of the new structured hollow integrated sandwich composites is higher than that of original integrated sandwich composites with the highness of core fiber is as tall as the original. This new constructure improved the impact resistance of the sandwich composites.
