摘　　要：介绍了分形涤纶与棉交捻纱的结构及其织物的性能,以分形涤纶与棉交捻纱为原料,利用喷气织机开发JC5.83×2+3.33/5.83×2+3.33 524/283 160府绸织物。通过生产实践,系统地研究了分形涤纶与棉交捻纱织物的生产工艺流程以及各工序的工艺要点;生产该织物的关键技术是整经前需蒸纱定捻,浆纱选用低黏度的CP-L浆料,织造时纱线张力与纬密不宜太大,织机最好选用带PVC纱管的纱架。The structure of fractal polyester and cotton cross - twist yarn and its fabric properties are introduced. Taking fractal polyester/cotton cross - twist yam as raw material, poplin fabrics of JCS. 83 × 2 ＋ 3.33/5.83 × 2 ＋ 3.33 524/283 160 are developed on air- jet loom. Through production practices, process flow and key crafts in various prc,cesses in producing fractal polyester and cotton cross -twist fabric arc researched. The key technologies in weaving fractal polyester and cotton cross - twist fabric are to steam yam before warping, use low viscosity CP - L size, set not too high yam tension and weft density in weaving and choose loom yam holders with PVC yam pipes.
