摘  要:应用盆栽土培方法,采用完全随机试验设计,研究了1 a生互叶白千层实生苗在土壤水分胁迫下体内无机营养元素含量的变化。结果表明:N、P、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe等元素在土壤水分处于亏缺状态时有下降趋势;K、Na在土壤水分亏缺胁迫条件下主动累积;Ca、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn元素含量在渍水状态下最高;在75%田间持水量水平下,N、Ca、Mg、Cu等元素含量与渍水时没有显著差异。In order to study the effects of soil water contents on uptake of inorganic nutrients in Melaleuca leucadendron, seedlings of annual Melaleuca leucadendron were planted in pot with a randomized complete block design under greenhouse conditions with varying soil water levels. Five levels soil water of field capacity were employed,and the time of treatment was 100 days. The results were as follows : N, P, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe elements of leaf decreased with decreasing of soil water content. Ca, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn elements of leaf were highest on waterlogging. K, Na elements was active uptaking under water deficit. N,Ca,Mg,Cu elements of leaf under water logging treatment did not existed significant different with those of under 75% field water capacity.
